Preparing for school
At Ninian Nursery, we follow the Foundation Phase, the preschool programme currently being used in schools. This is the widely accepted learning method for children aged between 3 to 7 years. The programme provides opportunities for learning in various disciplines that are considered to be essential for a child's education in the early years. We encourage children to show eagerness in all activities, particularly in the foundation phase.
We encourage all the children to join in, to behave well and show consideration for others, and to develop a routine so they emerge as confident individuals ready for school.
